Mom, Mae Mae, Sister, Friend and Coach.
I have a good life. I am grateful for the many blessings in my life, and there are plenty. However, the hard bits of life have shown me who I am. I like the strong, creative, kind woman I am. Now more than ever, I am on a quest to live life with more joy, adventure, and love. Always love!
Our relationships are the heart of who we are as people. The one we have with ourselves is not only the most important; it gives life to our relationships with our partners, family, friends, and life itself.
It took me being knocked to my knees to recognize this truth. It now guides my life and is the focus of my coaching practice. Life Happens, sometimes gently and other times harshly. However it happens, I believe this is life speaking to us~ inviting us to stop, look, and choose who we are and how we show up for life.
This inner work of knowing and trusting ourselves can be hard and courageous, and it is empowering and life-giving. It’s where connection and belonging blossom!
