A New Chapter~ A Change Within!

A new chapter in my work and life! The change within a merging of age, wisdom, a yearning for inner freedom, deep connection with myself and others, and a lightness of being! As someone who likes to see the path and often asks, “How?” This new chapter is both uncomfortable and exciting. The “what” and “how” are unknown, and I’m saying YES to the invitation to explore, grow, and perhaps trade comfort for trust—trusting myself.

“Life happens perfectly and on purpose,” a phrase I heard long ago, speaks to the small and significant change in my work. As we enjoy and embrace this golden age in life, my business partner, Carol Satterlee, and I are both stepping into new chapters. Mine includes continuing the work I love and feel called to do.

I pondered keeping the name On The Edge of Coaching. I like the name that we’ve used for years, and it perhaps was the easiest and safest choice as it is already known. And… it’s the new and unknown that I want to do more of. I want to redefine or broaden my edges. Decision made… time to get off the edge! I toyed with coming up with a catchy new name for the practice. I thought that was the right thing to do. It might have been right, but it didn’t feel true. What felt true and simple was to be myself! Introducing Lisa Fairchild Coaching, a new logo, and a new website!

I love my new logo. It integrates color, nature, the cycles of life, and the inside-out nature of connection. Kudos and gratitude to Annette Frei, of Annette Frei Design for creating a logo that beautifully and brilliantly portrays the blending of this chapter in my work and in my life.
